You don’t have to know what kind of help you need.
You might need help working through something yourself. You might want something set up or handled for you. Or you might have something on your mind and not be sure what the next step is. You don’t have to figure out what kind of support you need before we talk. Tell me what you’re trying to do, what’s getting in the way, or simply what you’re wondering about. We’ll start there.
What's going on?
Maybe something stopped working, something needs to happen, or something just isn't working the way you need it to.
Something Broke and I Don't Know What.
Something stopped working, disappeared, disconnected, or started doing something unexpected.
This might look like...
Email stopped syncing
A form stopped working
Something disappeared
A concerning account notice
Something Needs to Happen.
You know what you're trying to accomplish, but you're not sure what needs to happen or you don't want to deal with it yourself.
This might look like...
Newsletter ready to send
Content needs scheduling
A tool needs setting up
Files need organizing
Something Just Isn’t Working.
Nothing is technically broken. It's just harder, clunkier, or more frustrating than it should be.
This might look like...
Too many steps
Overlapping tools
An outdated setup
The same problem keeps happening
Not sure where yours fits? That's okay. That's what the conversation is for.
What Happens Next?
Once I understand what’s going on, I’ll recommend the next step based on what you actually need. That might mean guiding you through something, handling it for you, or being someone you know you can come back to when you need help.
You’ll know what I’m recommending and what it will cost before you decide to move forward.
When I Need to Dig Deeper
Assessment | $150
If I need to take a closer look, review your setup, test how something is working, or do some research before I can recommend the best next step, we’ll move into a paid Assessment.
The Assessment is $150 and is paid before I begin. I’ll dig into what’s going on and come back to you with what I found, what I recommend, and your options for moving forward.
If the next step is a project, I’ll provide a fixed-price quote. You can decide whether you want to move forward, and if you do, your $150 Assessment fee will be applied to the project price.
How We Can Work Together
Once we know what needs to happen, there are a few ways we can tackle it. What makes sense depends on what you need and how you want to work together.
Work Through It Together
1:1 Support | 90 minutes | $100
This is for a specific thing you need to accomplish yourself, with me there to guide you through it. You’ll be at the controls while we work through the task, answer questions, and deal with anything that gets in the way.
This isn't general software training. We start with something you actually need to get done.
Hand It Over
Project Work | Fixed Price
You know what you want to accomplish and want me to take it from here. I'll define the work, give you a fixed-price quote, and you'll know what the project costs before you decide to move forward.
Depending on the size of the project, the work may be divided into stages. You pay for each stage before I begin that portion of the work.
Keep Me in Your Corner
Monthly Support | $300
This is for existing clients who want ongoing access to me when things come up, without having to stop and figure out who to call every time.
Smaller requests, quick fixes, and initial investigation are part of your monthly support. If something turns out to need more substantial work, I'll let you know before it becomes a separate project.
Take It Off
My Plate
Recurring Work | Quote based on scope
Some things don’t just need to get done once. They need to keep getting done.
If there’s a task you want me to take responsibility for on a regular schedule, we’ll agree on what I’m handling, how often it needs to happen, and what I need from you to keep things moving.
This could include things like newsletter production, content scheduling, routine updates, or other clearly defined recurring work.
